Michael previously worked as Senior Sous Chef at the award-winning restaurant at Macdonald Bath Spa Hotel where he spent two years before joining us at Macdonald Frimley Hall Hotel & Spa. Earlier in his career Michael also worked as Senior Sous Chef at Thornbury Castle Hotel in Gloucestershire and at the famous Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill in Cadbury.
