Menus for Special Occasions

I am pleased to present our menus for food and drinks which have been specially created to cater for weddings and banqueting parties.

If you would like to discuss the content with a view to selecting the ideal dishes and drinks for your special day we would be happy to arrange a meeting with myself and our Chef to give you all the help you require.

Dishes on our menus are created from top quality produce, simply prepared to maximise flavour and hence your enjoyment. Increasingly this produce is organically produced and where possible locally sourced.

Beef used on our menus is prime, grass fed and matured for 21 days to intensify its succulence and depth of flavour.

Lamb is sourced from approved traditional Scottish Lowland and Hill farms fed on a wholesome grass and cereal based diet then matured to enhance tenderness.

Pork is outdoor reared from freedom food approved farms and our Game is delivered fresh from the Glens ofScotland.

Chicken is the finest corn - fed free range raised to the highest standard of welfare and our Eggs are naturallyFreeRange.
