The wedding was amazing staff and hotel were fabulous - couldn't ask for any more.

I wanted to provide some positive feedback following a customer event we held at Craxton Wood last week. From the outset the organisation was excellent. We felt really looked after and despite constant changes from our side the team handled everything smoothly. Food was excellent and hospitality great. 

Particular staff to highlight were Gemma Smith who handled the booking and Nick the Conference & Banqueting manager who was on duty during the dinner. Both were helpful and couldn't do enough to help.

Thank you so much for the fantastic evening last Friday at Craxton Wood we all really enjoyed the whole event.

The meal was absolutely unbelievable and a great way to sample the many different tasting experiences.

The rooms and beds were very comfortable and it is a long time since I have had a Hotel breakfast as good as that.
