    ...upon arrival I was told we had been upgraded as it was my birthday, obviously I was thrilled. We were put on the 5th floor and on entering our room I was blown away it was HUGE, lovely big bed, chairs, ice bucket and his and hers sinks in the bathroom, lovely. As if been upgraded wasn't enough I had a beautiful plate of cakes, fruit and chocolate, and towels displayed in the shape of hearts on the table, I really thought this was a beautiful touch and really appreciated the thought.

    John is always cheerful, attentive, polite and a joy to have around. I visit the hotel at least monthly and he serves us tea and coffee in the lobby. I would be disappointed to visit and not find him there. He is a first class advertisement for your hotel and a huge asset to your business.

    The feedback I have had from my colleagues who attended was very positive overall, with quite a few people suggesting it as the venue for our Christmas party.  The most senior member of staff present...was very impressed with the venue and said it would be an ideal venue were he to host an international conference.

    Ryan Doyle and Richard Westley are certainly an asset to your company, not only providing excellent customer service, expected from a  company such as yours, but going  out of their way when things go wrong, as they sometimes do, making sure the customer is not inconvenienced in any way.
