to complete his training at the AA Rosette-awarded Brown's
restaurant at Mere Golf Resort and Spa. Here, Christopher nurtured

Today, Christopher's expertise reveals itself in mouth-watering
menus designed with the seasonal expectations of discerning diners
in mind. He uses only the finest and freshest produce to create
delicious and exquisitely-presented dishes encompassing both
classical and modern techniques.
Christopher's repertoire reflects his experience at 'The French'
3 AA Rosette restaurant in Manchester. This world-renowned eaterie
hosts guests such as the Sultan of Brunei and David and Victoria
Beckham - Christopher had the pleasure of cooking for David and
Victoria on their first date.
Christopher delights guests by taking them on a culinary journey
through his bespoke menus, making sure the catering expectations of
brides and grooms are exceeded on their special day.
He can work his creative magic by conjuring up menus based on a
client's exact requirements, theming the menu to suit the event and
offering the guests a culinary wow factor on the big day.
Christopher loves to share his passion and influence for the next
generation of chefs by mentoring for the Springboard Future Chef
competition, a nationwide initiative supported by industry partners
and the country's top chefs. Christopher was eager to encourage and
offer practical advice to the contestants and help to showcase
chefs of the future.
