Peter has a wealth of experience from working in prestigious hotels across the UK and Europe. First appointed Head Chef at the Marriot Hotel in Aberdeen, Peter has since been fortunate to have been awarded numerous Rosettes in various hotels from Whittlebury Hall to Billesley Manor and The Lygon Arms Hotel in Broadway.

Alongside Peter's success in the kitchen he has won over 20 Gold and Silver awards in competitions all over the world as well as winning Midland Association Chef of the Year, Wessex Chef of the Year and a Diploma of Culinary excellence from the World Master Chefs Society to name but just a few.

In addition to catering for the award winning Winchester restaurant, Peter and his team are also dedicated to catering for weddings and banqueting in the hotel's function suites which can accommodate up to 350 guests at a wedding breakfast.

Only the finest and freshest ingredients are used and transformed into a range of delectable dishes. We serve only the best of Scottish beef, British lamb, pork, wild white fish, and specially sourced vegetables and dairy products. Peter selects suppliers with the highest standards, such as ScotBeef for quality beef and lamb and John Ross Jr for smoked fish.

Peter and his team will work with you to create your own three or four course menus and in addition there are also separate canapé, children's and evening reception menus available.
