Named after the famous British-bred thoroughbred owned by Edward
Stanley, the 17th Earl of Derby, Hyperion was six time Champion of
Great Britain between 1940 and 1954.

The two private dining rooms located just off The Hyperion
Restaurant are perfect for more intimate gatherings that still have
access to the main bar, terrace and lounge areas. Our team
would be delighted to help plan your special occasion. The snug is
ideal from groups of up to 18, set in an alcove of the main
restaurant. The Library and Drawing room is ideally suited
for larger parties of up to 50 guests and boasts it's own private
