Function Rooms at Macdonald Alveston Manor Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon

The Cedar Room at Macdonald Alveston Hotel boasts inspiring views over the gardens and can accommodate up to 120 people for weddings, functions, banquets and 150 delegates for seminars or larger events. Our Cedar Room features plenty of natural daylight with direct access to the gardens, a private bar and air-conditioning.

The Avon Room provides a secluded, peaceful space for private dining, small wedding celebrations or private business lunches; with its own entrance just off the main restaurant, this room lends itself well to smaller, stylish functions.

Primarily, the Atherstone Room is a boardroom and is also perfect for board meetings, training sessions and presentations. This contemporary space is also licensed for civil ceremonies for up to 50 guests and is capable of seating 30 guests for smaller wedding functions or private dinners.

The Loxley Room is also bright, modern with views over the hotel gardens. This contemporary room is very similar to the Atherstone Room, in that it too is licensed for civil ceremonies and capable of seating up to 30 guests. Ideal as a boardroom, the Loxley Room is also perfect for board meetings, training sessions and small wedding functions.

The Wellesbourne Room is  perfect for meetings and training sessions. With plenty of natural daylight, views over the garden and offering many modern amenities.

The Tiddington & Shipston Rooms are ideal for smaller meetings and events. These intimate meeting rooms are capable of holding 8 people each, boardroom style.

Macdonald Alveston Manor Hotel has four identical syndicate rooms, capable of seating up to 10; each room is furnished to the highest standard and features an oval table, natural lighting and a drop down screen and whiteboard for presentations.
