Weddings at the Old Swan Hotel, Harrogate

The historic Old Swan is licensed to hold civil ceremonies, a beautiful alternative to the registry office. A firm favourite since the Victorian era, and full of period character, it's the perfect setting for your wedding.

All the public areas and function rooms have been renovated in keeping with the traditional style of the building. We place at your disposal:

• The Garden Room and Ballroom featuring it's vaulted ceiling, windows which spill onto the gardens, large dancefloor and fixed stage, can cater for up to 350 guests for a formal wedding reception, and 450 for an evening buffet and dance
• The Wedgwood Room, for up to 200 guests for a formal wedding reception, and 250 for an evening buffet and dance will not dissapoint with it's wood panelling, glass ceiling, impressive pillars and unique cornicing.
• The Red Lounge and the Rose Room, both of which can cater for up to 70 guests for a formal wedding reception, and 80 for an evening buffet and disco
• The Bramham and Foxhunter catering for up to 35 guests for a formal wedding reception
• Five acres of beautiful gardens – perfect for photographs, and for outdoor celebrations in summer.

Our experienced wedding team will work closely with you, bringing your special day to fruition - exactly as you pictured it!

No two weddings are alike. We specialise in personalising menu's to meet your individual taste. Specific dietary requirements are catered for.
