    Check-in time at the Old Swan Hotel is 2pm and we ask that you check out of your rooms by 11am on the day of departure. We can offer late check-out on request, subject to availability (fees may apply).

    Kids will love receiving their own check-in card, activity pack and bubble bath as part of our It's Kids promotion, and under 12s stay and eat a delicious breakfast for free on promotional family breaks at all Macdonald Hotels when sharing a room with a parent or guardian.

    Children are welcome throughout the Old Swan Hotel when accompanied by an adult. Cots and highchairs can be provided on request, inter-connecting rooms are available and special children's menus are available in the restaurant.
