We source only the best produce available, from market fresh wild fish sourced from UK waters to the finest beef reared on natural local pastures; from pork sourced and produced to the British Standard Mark from farms around Watton in Norfolk to corn fed free range chickens. All of our food can be traced to it's point of origin.

With an ever growing range of organic fruits and vegetables at our fingertips, our award-winning chefs breath fresh dedication into every meal. No matter what you desire, your food will only be made with the finest wholesome ingredients, turning every bite into a mouth watering delight.

The dining surrounds couldn't be more sumptuous; the elegant Garden Room looks over our fine gardens, the Ballroom is a perfect suite for a large banquet and the Wedgwood Room is a sheer joy to dine in.
