Of all the events in life there is probably nothing more memorable and important than your Wedding.

Below are some services that can be sourced through the hotel or local companies.

Place Cards
We can write your place cards for you either on White or Cream depending on your Wedding colours. The cost for this service would be £50.00

Flowers
The hotel can source your table arrangements for you at a discounted rate from our local florist.

Balloons
We can do the Balloon table displays for you from £100.00 depending on quantity required, or for the more adventurous displays we could give you a contact number.

Photographer
We are happy to recommend local photographers, please ask for information.

Wedding Cars
For those guests that are getting married outside of the hotel, we can arrange for Wedding Cars or give contact numbers for local companies

Evening DJ for Exclusive use Weddings
The hotel uses a local DJ company that has 10 DJs working for them. The cost per nights is £290.00 + Vat, if you booked the hotel DJ then a play list will be sent out to you and also a request to meet, both the Bride & Groom prior to the Wedding. Music and Bar facilities are available until 1:00am.

Vinand Suite
The Vinand is used as our main Wedding room. The Vinand holds up to 160 guests for the day and for the evening when used as an exclusive use venue.

The Vinand has direct access onto the gardens and hotel's jetties and bars stunning views over the Hotel's Landscaped Garden's and Lake Windermere.

Inclusive in our Wedding package are the following:

• Complimentary accommodation & breakfast for the bride & groom on the wedding night in one of the hotel's suites (subject to availability)
• Dedicated Wedding Planner
• Cake Stand & Souvenir Engraved Knife
• Souvenir Menu Cards
• Red Coated Proffesional Toast Master
• Beautiful Gardens for your Wedding Photgraphs
• Post Ceremony glass of Champagne for Bride & Groom
• Complimentary Bed and Breakfast Voucher (Sunday - Friday subject to availability) for the purpose of viewing the hotel facilities once a deposit has been received.
