• • Check In/Out

    Check-in time at the Macdonald Old England Hotel and Spa is 4pm and we ask that you check out of your rooms by 11am on the day of departure. We can offer late check-out on request, subject to availability (fees may apply).

    Children are welcome throughout the Old England hotel when accompanied by an adult. Baby cots and essential supplies are available from housekeeping, children's menus and highchairs are supplied in our restaurants and kids' breakfasts and afternoon tea can be served on request. Children are only allowed to use the pool during dedicated family swimming times between 12 noon and 2pm daily.

• • Cancellation Policy

    To avoid unnecessary cancellation fees, if you need to cancel your room at the Macdonald Old England Hotel and Spa, please do so by 2pm on the day of arrival.
    After this time, fees will apply.

• • Pets

    Regrettably, pets are not permitted at the Macdonald Old England Hotel and Spa.

    Your safety, security and comfort are our priority at the Macdonald Old England Hotel & Spa. There are safes in every guestroom, doors are fitted with deadlocks and spyholes and our Reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day.

    Free parking is available at the front and side of the Macdonald Old England Hotel and Spa. Limited underground and accessible parking spaces are also available and there is an overflow car park a few minutes' drive away from the hotel. A valet parking service is available from our Concierge.
