Macdonald Hotels & Resorts Terms and Conditions - Holiday Vouchers

Terms and Conditions
1. All bookings must be made by 31st December 2008
2. All bookings whether made via Conference Direct or with the hotels direct will be valid.
3. Vouchers must be redeemed within 14 days of the event and will be issued on receipt of payment for the event. Any forms received after the 31 days will be invalid.
4. Vouchers will not be paid on cancelled, postponed events or cancellation charges.
5. Claimant can claim on all pre-booked items.
6. Value of the first and all bookings must exceed £2,000.
7. 2.5% of the total value of the event will be paid in the form of a VEX Gift Certificate this can then be used to purchase vouchers for
approximately 150 brands across 25,000 outlets on www.voucherexpress.co.uk. Please note that you will incur a small P&P charge when transferring these vouchers.
8. The amount claimed will be rounded down to the nearest pound.
9. Pre-arranged bookings will not qualify for this incentive.
10. Macdonald Hotels & Resorts will not be responsible for any mislaid claim forms. Proof of faxing will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
11. Claim forms will only be validated if the claim form is completed in full.
12. For bookings arranged through an agent, but billed directly to the client, only one claim will be validated.
13. All claimants are responsible for any tax due or national insurance liabilities as a result of their claims.
14. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
15. This offer is open to UK residents, excluding employees of Macdonald Hotels & Resorts.
16. Macdonald Hotels & Resorts reserve the right to change the exclusions at any time.
17. No cash alternatives will be offered.
