The promoter of this offer is Macdonald Hotels and Resorts Limited or if different such subsidiary, affiliate or other company notified to the participant at the time of booking (the "Hotel").To be eligible, participants must mention this offer when booking, and this must be recorded on their wedding booking contract with the Hotel. Existing bookings are not eligible for this offer. Weddings must be booked in 2010 and held Sunday to Friday between 1st January 2010 and 31st December 2011.Minimum spend to be eligible for this offer is £5,000 (including VAT) based on the wedding breakfast price (excluding additional accommodation, entertainment, bar spend and other incidentals). On completion of payment of £5000 towards the value of their wedding, the promoter will send participants a voucher for a seven night cruise for two, with a participating cruise operator, to their UK address. The cruise is subject to the terms and conditions of the cruise voucher and the cruise operator. Vouchers are only to be used by the participants booking the wedding and are not transferable to any other person and have no cash redemption value. The cruise voucher must be redeemed before its expiry date otherwise it will be null and void. Cruises, dates and destinations cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. Government and local taxes, other regulatory charges and upgrades are not included in this offer and shall be payable by the participants directly to the cruise operator. Transport to/from the place of departure/arrival is not included. References to weddings shall include references to civil ceremonies and civil partnership ceremonies for the purposes of this offer. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion. This offer may be withdrawn at any time. The Hotel's liability shall be limited to providing the cruise voucher under this offer and it shall not be liable for any failure by the cruise operator to provide the cruise or for any other act or omission by the cruise operator. The Hotel's Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply to all wedding bookings.
