Macdonald Burlington Hotel
in Birmingham has hosted a weekend of food and entertainment as
part of Macdonald Hotels & Resorts' launch of a new scheme to
bring key meeting and event agents to experience the area.
The Macdonald Hotels' Agent Passport scheme is a series of nine
weekend events, designed to educate agents on accessibility and
location of venues whilst allowing them to experience first-hand
the Macdonald Hotels'
product and how it can benefit their clients.
Agents from companies such as HotelSmart were some of the first
to experience the scheme, which not only focuses on the hotel's
strengths and positioning but gives agents a chance to discover its
location, access, and surrounding area.
During the event, agents enjoyed an afternoon tea and Prosecco
in the hotel's Drummond Suite, accompanied by personal
stylist consultants 'Colour Me Beautiful' in preparation for an
afternoon of high street shopping.

Manor, with live painting from a local artist and a candlelit
walk to Shakespeare's birth place.
