Meeting@ Business Lunch

Conference guests to Macdonald Compleat Angler in Marlow are in for a treat as the hotel adds a new culinary addition to its already impressive restaurant line-up.

Sindhu by Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar opens its doors at Macdonald Compleat Angler next week with a menu perfect for conference and business guests.

In addition to the modern British menus available in the award-winning Riverside Restaurant, delegates can now experience the very best of traditional Indian cuisine with a contemporary twist.

The elegant conference venue, with breath-taking views across the river Thames, will tempt delegates with dishes including Hiran ka Boti (venison saddle with cardamom and mace), Meen Moilee (wild sea bass with coconut moilee sauce) and Bathak Falliyan (Gressingham duck breast with three bean stew and coriander cress) when they decide to take their conference dinner in the new restaurant.

Macdonald Compleat Angler Hotel, which also completed a half million pound  refurbishment earlier this year, provides facilities for up to 120 delegates, while two new executive boardrooms with SMARTBOARD technology and access to private gardens are perfect for hosting smaller meetings.

Gaius Wyncoll, General Manager at Macdonald Compleat Angler, said: "It's really important to us that our conference and business guests enjoy every aspect of their overnight stay or day visit to Macdonald Compleat Angler. We want to continue to ensure that every meeting or event is unforgettable; an aim that I feel confident the new menu and dining options at the hotel will contribute towards."

The interior of Sindhu has also undergone an elegant transformation and includes a colour scheme of warm, saffron tones and vibrant wall canvases - the perfect setting for Sindhu's sophisticated cuisine.
