Paul helped to launch the Macdonald Hotels Academy earlier in
2014, which helps young people into the employment in the industry
through apprentice schemes.
Beginning his career in the military, Paul received a World
Class Chef/Solider Apprenticeship at the renowned Army School of
Debbie Taylor, Managing Director for Manchester, said:

tourism marketing and infrastructure in the city.
