Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, AA Hotel Group of the Year 2013-2014 today (31 January) announced it is to re-launch its acclaimed signature Scottish Steak Club restaurant to further offer a high quality, value for money food offering in a relaxed and comfortable environment.

From today, the AA rosette-awarded Scottish Steak Club at Macdonald Inchyra Hotel & Spa by Polmont will be the first of five Scottish Steak Clubs across the UK to offer a new, improved menu, a revived relaxed, friendly style of service and an exciting new calendar of events and enticing offers to make Scottish Steak Club more accessible to families, couples and groups of friends. 

Led by Harwood Warrington, the group's recently appointed Restaurant Operations Director, Scottish Steak Clubs will continue to serve simple flavoursome dishes prepared using only the finest freshest and whenever possible locally sourced ingredients.  Superfood salads will be among the healthy additions in a menu that will continue to serve-up prime cuts of lean Scotbeef prepared on a Josper Grill to lock in the taste and flavour and the offer diners the opportunity to indulge in the perfectly served burger.

With dollops of humour also infused into the restyled dessert shots, Warrington is also introducing a calendar of fun, entertaining social events. These include 'Just for Girls' Thursday evenings with a free tasting platter when groups of girls share a bottle of champagne and a 'Hasty Bite' 2-course lunch deal for £12 (Mon-Fri) which should prove extremely popular with local businesses; or the rejuvenated family Scottish Steak Club Sunday Lunch which is a great way to wind down following a session in the Vital Health & Wellbeing Club.

The re-launch at Macdonald Inchyra Hotel & Spa will be the first of five rolled out across Scottish Steak Club venues across the UK. Macdonald Spey Valley Resort in Aviemore, Macdonald Windsor Hotel, Macdonald Tickled Trout Hotel by Preston, and Macdonald Manchester Hotel & Spa will also embrace the changes in the coming months.
