    OPENING OF £1 MILLION GOLF CLUBHOUSE IN AVIEMORE FURTHER UNDERLINES MACDONALD HOTELS & RESORTS INVESTMENT

    From August this year, the par 72 Dave Thomas designed Macdonald Spey Valley Championship Golf Course at Macdonald Aviemore Resort will benefit from the opening of a new £1 million clubhouse. Just 40 miles south of Inverness Airport and minutes from Macdonald Aviemore Resort, the clubhouse enjoys the breathtaking backdrop of the Cairngorm Mountain Range. Overlooking the 1sttee, the clubhouse will further enhance the appeal of a course that recently, for the 5th consecutive year proudly hosted the prestigious Scottish Hydro Challenge - a European Challenge Tour Event.
