The Craigleith Restaurant
Prepare for a day of business or leisure with a satisfying breakfast of fresh fruit, freshly baked bread and pastries, sweet comb honey, or a full Scottish breakfast made from the finest organic produce and free range eggs. Book ahead to entertain clients with an impressive business lunch and return later for a convivial meal with friends.
Choose from the creative a la carte menu and dine on dishes such as ravioli of confit duck with wilted spinach, followed by a pan fried filllet of sea bream served with fennel quinoa, fine beans and tomato and shallot dressing. Finish the perfect meal with warm creamed rice pudding with candied apricots, followed by freshly-brewed coffee served with petit fours. Ask your waiter to recommend one of our many fine wines to complement your meal.

Stylish and relaxed, the Links Bar and Lounges offer areas in which to unwind or meet with business clients. Order a drink from the bar and choose a window seat to enjoy views across the golf course and out to Bass Rock, or spend a quiet afternoon by the fire in the elegant Drawing Room. Stop for lunch and choose from a selection of tempting sandwiches, soups and salads.
