Eleven of the Macdonald Manchester hotel's air-conditioned meeting rooms are self-contained on their own floor and have their own reception area, breakout space and kitchens, while the Piccadilly Suite can be used as a single grand function room or split into two for conferences.
Piccadilly Suite 1 & 2
The Macdonald Manchester's Piccadilly Suite is the largest function room in the hotel, with a total capacity of 300. Ideal for celebrations, conferences and training seminars, it has its own bar, dance floor and stage and can easily be divided into two for smaller meetings and events.

Meeting Rooms 1, 2, 6, 8, 9 & 10
Meeting Rooms 1, 2, 6, 8, 9 and 10 will comfortably seat 12 for a boardroom meeting or up to 30 for a banquet. The 42" wall-mounted plasma screen can be used as a TV or presentation screen while a hearing induction loop will make sure you're heard. Natural daylight, 8-hour chairs and their proximity to breakout areas make these very pleasant rooms for smaller meetings. Meeting Room 2 is divided by an opening partition from Meeting Room 4, lending extra flexibility.

Meeting Rooms 3, 4, 5 & 7
Meeting Rooms 3, 4, 5 and 7 are well-suited to larger meetings and functions, holding up to 30 for a meeting and 60 for a banquet. Presentations are straightforward and professional with a TV/DVD/Video player, ceiling-mounted projector and drop-down screens (smart board in Meeting Room 3). 8-hour chairs, laptop connections and an amplified hearing induction loop will ensure your delegates are sitting comfortably, while you impress them with your mastery of the technology!
