  • Simply contact the Macdonald Club co-ordinator on the dedicated telephone number below.
  • Always quote your membership number when booking.
  • The co-ordinator will send you the appropriate certificate (see how and where to spend your points for details).
  • Phone the hotel of your choice to reserve your Dinner or Health and Beauty rewards.
  • Hand over your certificate at your selected hotel when redeeming your reward.
