Useful Information About Our Hotel
Check-in time at Macdonald Loch Rannoch Hotel is 3pm and we ask that you check-out of your rooms by 11am on the day of departure. We can offer late check-out on request, subject to availability (fees apply).
Under 12s stay, and eat a delicious breakfast for free on family breaks at all Macdonald Hotels when sharing a room with a parent or guardian. Children are welcome throughout the Loch Rannoch Hotel when accompanied by an adult. In our restaurant and bar lounge, highchairs can be provided on request. Special children's menus are available in the Ptarmigan Restaurant and the Malt Bar and Schiehallion Bar. Children can dine in the Ptarmigan Restaurant when accompanied by an adult. Under-16s are welcome to use the pool daily if they are accompanied by an adult. Unfortunately, children under 16 are not permitted to use the gym facilities.

The Macdonald Loch Rannoch Hotel welcomes pets at a fee of £10 per stay. Guide dogs stay free of charge.
Your safety, security and comfort are our priority at the Macdonald Loch Rannoch Hotel. The reception at the Loch Rannoch Hotel is staffed until 11.30pm and the Night Porter can be contacted throughout the night. The front doors are locked at midnight. Please ring the bell to gain entry if you are returning late.
There are 80 free parking spaces available at the Macdonald Loch Rannoch Hotel, including two fully accessible spaces for disabled guests and visitors. We can easily accommodate coaches and camper vans.

The Loch Rannoch Hotel offers accessible rooms and parking spaces for guests with a disability. There is a Braille button lift to both floors and ramped corridors offer accessibility throughout. Accessible rooms include spacious twin beds and the option for an adjoining room for carers. A hearing induction loop is installed at reception and there is a fully accessible toilet on the ground floor. Guide dogs are welcome.
