Ptarmigan Restaurant
Prepare for a day exploring the lochs, mountains and glens of Perthshire with breakfast in the Ptarmigan Restaurant. Try the light fresh fruit buffet, warm baked bread with sweet comb honey, crunchy cereals and freshly squeezed juice or, for a hearty start to the day, a full Scottish breakfast made from the finest organic produce. Smoky Loch Fyne kippers, world famous Stornoway Black Pudding and rib-ticklingly good porridge are strongly recommended.
In the evening, return to the Ptarmigan to sample sensational Scottish food. Indulge in a traditional Ham Hock Terrine and locally farmed lamb, leaving room for sticky toffee pudding to finish. Inviting in winter, naturally-lit by the continuous Highland light in summer, a meal in the Ptarmigan is a real treat.
