The Linden Wedding Package

From our experience we have put together two 'Linden Wedding Packages' to care for your special day:

• A glass of Linden Kir (white wine flavoured with Cassis or Fraise)
• A three course wedding breakfast followed by coffee and mints
• Two glasses of Linden Hall house wine
• Two glasses of mineral water
• A glass of either champagne or sparkling wine
• Toastmaster
• Cake base and knife
• Table plan, place cards and menu cards
• Fresh flowers for the tables in a colour of your choice
• Complimentary four-poster room for the bride and groom ( including champagne breakfast)

Please choose one dish per course:

Starters

• Tomato and roasted pepper soup with pesto croutons
• Tian of melon and seasonal fruits with strawberry and tarragon compote
• Rillette of salmon and smoked salmon with peppers, spring onion and a tomato vinaigrette
• Salad of smoked chicken, prawns and blue cheese with piquant sauce
• Chicken and pork terrine wrapped in bacon  with garlic, herbs and cumberland sauce

Mains

• Roast sirloin of beef, yorkshire pudding and a rich roast gravy
  (£2.75 supplement per person)
• Pan fried fillet of salmon rosti with potato, tomato and dill sauce
• Roast canon of lamb with a duxelle of mushrooms and redcurrant and rosemary jus
  (£2.25 supplement per person)
• Supreme of chicken with smoked bacon, sage and roasted shallot sauce
• Loin of pork roasted with buttered apples and calvados and thyme sauce

All main courses are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes

Desserts

• Dark chocolate mousse with tia maria sauce and a quennelle of chocolate truffle
• French apple flan with a vanilla sauce and seasonal fruits
• Warm bramley apple and cinnamon pie with vanilla custard sauce
• Iced baileys parfait with dark chocolate sauce

• Coffee and mints
• Coffee and petit fours @ £3.50 person supplement

Children's Menu

Linden Hall is happy to cater for the younger members of the wedding party. Children have a choice of either the following menu at £12.95 per child or a half portion of the adult menu at £15.95 per child. For older children who cannot go on the package we are happy to offer an adult portion at the full menu price, which varies on the menu chosen.
