Useful Information About Our Hotel
Check-in time at the Linden Hall Hotel is 3pm and we ask that you check out of your rooms by 11am on the day of departure. We can offer late check-out on request, subject to availability (fees may apply).
Kids will love receiving their own check-in card, activity pack and bubble bath as part of our It's Kids promotion, and under 12s stay and eat a delicious breakfast for free on family breaks at all Macdonald Hotels when sharing a room with a parent or guardian.
Children are welcome throughout the Linden Hall Hotel when accompanied by an adult. Cots and highchairs can be provided on request and special children's menus are available. Children also have their own room service menu. Children can use the pool but under 14s cannot use the steam rooms, sauna or Jacuzzi. Unfortunately under 16s cannot use the gym.

The Macdonald Linden Hall Golf & Country Club Hotel & Spa welcomes well-behaved dogs in the main hotel. A fee of £15 per night applies.

Security cameras operate throughout the hotel and our Reception is manned 24 hours a day. There are safes in every room and a safety deposit is available at Reception. Electric gates with exit code and extensive grounds make this a safe haven for children.
There are 300 free parking spaces available at the Macdonald Linden Hall Golf & Country Club Hotel & Spa, including 4 fully accessible spaces for disabled guests and visitors.

The Macdonald Linden Hall Golf & Country Club Hotel & Spa offers accessible rooms and parking spaces for guests who are wheelchair users or have a disability. We have one fully accessible DDA-compliant room with a lowered bath and emergency pull-cords linked to Reception. Rooms on the ground floor offer easier access and we have four dedicated, accessible parking spaces. There is a hearing induction loop at Reception. Guide dogs are welcome.
