Meat and Poultry

Only the finest Scottish-bred beef and lamb are supplied to our hotels by Scot Beef who source from accredited Scottish mainland and island farms. Beef, lamb and bacon - most of which is smoked - sausages and black pudding all are prepared by butchers using time honoured techniques recipes and mehods. Our free range eggs are sourced from suppliers from british farms committed to the best of animal welfare and husbandry.

Wild and Smoked Fish

We take pride in providing only white wild fish for our customers. Our salmon, kippers and haddock are supplied by the renowned Loch Fyne Oyster Company

Fruit juice

Our breakfast orange juice is freshly squeezed and free from additives and preservatives.
