Laureate Restaurant
The AA rosette-winning Laureate Restaurant is everything a fine dining experience should be. Set in a Victorian Manor House, beautiful chandeliers catch the light as it shines through the stained glass of our vaulted conservatory roof. Gorgeous garden views through full-length windows offer a stunning backdrop, accompanied by the soothing sounds of a water feature. Laureate Restaurant
The Laureate Restaurant is the perfect place to take breakfast before shopping in Manchester, finding adventure in Lancashire or braving Blackpool's rides and attractions. Start your day with a wholesome breakfast in Kilhey Court's classic hotel restaurant. Choose from a light fresh fruit buffet, warm baked bread with sweet comb honey, crunchy cereals, freshly squeezed juice or a full English breakfast made from the finest organic produce and free range eggs.
In the evening, book a table for a romantic, candlelit meal and delight in the hand-dived Scottish Scallops followed by loin of Perthshire venison with braised red cabbage, honey roast parsnips and a juniper berry jus. The Lounge
Good food matters to us at the Macdonald Kilhey Court Hotel & Spa. Our lounges serve only the finest food from Macdonald Hotels' classic lounge bar menu, in authentic Victorian surroundings. Rich wood panelling and a beautiful wood fireplace lend character which is enhanced by a wood burner in winter. A superb setting for a wedding reception, the main lounge has ornate ceilings and marble pillars with comfortable sofas and chairs. Our smaller Noel Coward lounge takes its name from the man who epitomised English style and wit, and who was once a regular visitor to Kilhey Court.

The Burns Bar
After a superb meal in the Laureate Restaurant recline into a cushion-laden leather chair in the Burns Bar. Beneath the portrait of Scotland's national bard sample a fine malt whisky such as Dalmore 12, sip a cocktail or lift a glass of Makers Mark Bourbon or Hendricks Gin. Airy and inviting by day, warm and cosy at night, the Burns Bar is open to non-residents and serves a wide range of draught and bottled beers, wines and spirits.
