Useful Information About Our Hotel
Check-in time at the Macdonald Inchyra Grange Hotel is 2pm and we ask that you check out of your rooms by 11pm on the day of departure. We can offer late check out on request, subject to availability
Kids will love receiving their own check-in card, activity pack and bubble bath as part of our It's Kids promotion, and under 12s stay and eat a delicious breakfast for free on family breaks at all Macdonald Hotels when sharing a room with a parent or guardian.
Children are welcome throughout the Macdonald Inchyra Grange Hotel when accompanied by an adult. Baby cots and essential supplies are available from housekeeping, adjoining rooms are offered and highchairs are supplied in our restaurants. Children under the age of 5 stay for free and children between the ages of 5 and 14 stay at a reduced rate, when they share a room with their parent or guardian.
To avoid unnecessary cancellation fees, if you need to cancel your booking at the Macdonald Inchyra Grange Hotel please call before 2pm on the day of your expected arrival (this only applies to flexible bookings, please consult individual package deals for more information). After this time, fees will apply.
The Macdonald Inchyra Grange Hotel welcomes dogs for an additional fee of ₤10 per night. Guide dogs stay for free.
