  The Priory Restaurant

  Start the day well with a delicious breakfast of exotic fruit, freshly baked bread and pastries, sweet comb honey, or a full Scottish breakfast made from the finest organic produce and free range eggs. After a reviving pre-dinner drink in the lounge, return to the Priory Restaurant for a relaxed meal in elegant surroundings.

  Choose from the innovative menu and dine on dishes such as pan-fried Orkney scallops with pork belly, followed by seared breast of free-range duck, served with potato rosti and pak choi.
