Our chefs are passionate about exceptional food, prepared from the highest quality seasonal produce. Waiters who are passionate about service and Sommeliers with knowledge of wines from all over the world. We are proud to bring you the very best.

True to our Scottish Heritage, the beef we serve comes from the finest Scottish herds, which have been naturally reared on mineral rich grass. The beef is then traditionally aged for a minimum of 21 days and hand cut by highly skilled butchers using time-honoured methods.

Our fresh fish is delivered daily and is caught from substainable sources. Naturally the availablility varies from day to day, as we source the freshest fish available. While our smoked and cured seafood is supplied by Loch Fyne Oysters Ltd, a company dedicated to producing the highest quality products through traditional methods.

Of course our menu also extends to other Scottish favourites, prepared in our own special way: from cullen skink to Stornoway black pudding.
