How to Book

We can provisionally hold a date of your choice for up to two weeks, which simply gives you peace of mind when trying to organise other suppliers. The wedding team have a full list of recommended local wedding suppliers.

To confirm a booking, a letter of confirmation and deposit of £500.00 is required. A further £500.00 deposit is required six months prior to the wedding.

Final details of the wedding will be discussed six weeks prior to the date, with final numbers and full payment being finalised two weeks before the wedding.

Fridays and Saturdays are naturally very popular but increasingly other days are now being considered. If you book your wedding with us Sunday - Thursday we will offer a special 10% discount from the food element of the final account (subject to minimum numbers).
