Ceremonies

Decide where the wedding ceremony will take place and whether it is to be a civil or religious ceremony. A ceremony set-up fee of £500 will be applicable.

We hold a civil ceremony license, where a registrar can marry you. Bathgate Registry Office (01506 776 191) will assist with checking dates/times and also provide advice on where/when to register the marriage.

For a religious ceremony, the wedding team have a list of recommended Ministers who have all performed wedding ceremonies at the hotel.

• The Houstoun Suite cleverly splits into two rooms, allowing you to get married in one half and whilst your drinks reception is taking place we will effortlessly turn the suite around for the wedding breakfast.
• The Shairp Suite is situated directly above Strathbrock Suite and perfect for a wedding ceremony.
• We also have over 20 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens for summer wedding ceremonies
