Start your day well with fresh fruit, freshly baked bread and pastries, sweet comb honey, or a full Scottish breakfast made from the finest organic produce and free range eggs. Entertain clients with an impressive business lunch and return later for a candlelit meal.
Choose from the innovative a la carte menu and dine on specialities such as spinach, ricotta and pine nut tart with basil oil, followed by Highland game venison sausages served with creamed potatoes and red onion jus. Finish the perfect meal with a tempting dessert like Scottish cranachan made with heather infused honey oats. Ask your waiter to recommend one of our many fine wines to complement your meal.
