Day Delegate - 8 Hour Packages

• Main Meeting Room Hire
• Mid-morning Tea and Coffee, served with Fresh Sliced Fruit and a further item from the Breakout Selection, which includes Blueberry & Chocolate Muffins, Mini Waffles with Maple Syrup, Mini Doughnuts, American Style Cookies or Homemade Shortbread
• Choice of Lunch, either a Deli Lunch, or a Standing or Working Lunch
• Afternoon Tea and Coffee, served with Fresh Sliced Fruit and a further item from the Breakout Selection, which includes American Style Cookies, Homemade Shortbread, English Tiffin, Flap Jacks, Carrot & Walnut Cake, Italian Style Chocolate Brownies, Coffee Cake, Shortbread Caramel Slices, Cream Tea with Freshly Made Scones, Hazelnut Cake and Chocolate Marble Cake. Premier Products may also be added to make your conference "a bit more special", this included Individual Pots of Mackie's Ice Cream, Sandwiches and Scones for only £2.50 per person

24 Hour Delegate Packages

As above plus the following:

• 3 Course Evening Meal with Coffee either from our Chef Menu of the Day in our Restaurant or from the Banqueting Selector in a Private room, Room Hire may apply
• Overnight Accommodation, Spouse may stay complimentary on a Bed and Breakfast Basis
• Full Macdonald Hotels & Resorts Breakfast

Arrival Tea and Coffee, Fresh Fruit and either Muffins or Pastries may be added for an additional £3.50 per person

Premium Breakfast Items such as Bacon Rolls, Breakfast Canapes, Eggs Benedicts Muffins, Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs and Savoury Croissants filled with Ham and Cheese may also be included at an additional £3.50 per person
