At the Macdonald Holyrood Hotel we believe that your Wedding Day should be as trouble free and relaxed as possible. Therefore when booking your Wedding at the Holyrood Hotel we offer you a complete package to take all of your worries away.

The Holyrood Package

(All of the services below are offered with a minimum spend of48.20 per day guest and catering for a minimum if 80% of your evening guests)

• Your personal wedding co-ordinator to help you plan your special day
• Red carpet treatment on arrival and a personal welcome from a member of the management team with a glass of champagne for the Bride & Groom
• Complimentary function suite hire (minimum numbers may apply for certain dates)
• Use of the hotel's silver cake stand and silver sword for your Wedding Cake
• Personalised menu printing and table plan printing
• Our Banqueting Manager will act as Master of Ceremonies throughout your reception
• Complimentary accommodation for Bride & Groom on their Wedding night. Should you wish to stay in a suite a small supplement will apply
• Use of our library for photographs
• 30% discount on in house beauty treatments for the Bride
• Free use of our leisure facilities for the Groom and Best Man on the night before and morning of the Wedding
• Candles on tables for evening reception
• Special accommodation rates for Wedding guests

This package is, of course, only a suggestion and if you wish to tailor make a package to suit your requirements we would be delighted to cost this for you. We can help with the following:

• A piper to greet your guests and announce the new Bride & Groom into dinner
• Place cards beautifully written for your tables
• Table centres to enhance the décor in the function suite
• Chair covers to match the table linen, add that final touch
• We can even recommend some fabulous bands to make your day end in style!
