Enjoy a stay at the Macdonald Holyrood Hotel and take part in the Fitness Boot Camp - the ideal way to get into shape with a variety of activities and practical dietary advice given by our team of experts and fitness instructors at the hotel.

ITINERARY
Friday
- Arrive at 3pm and check into your bedroom at your leisure, before your 4pm introduction to the team & setting your personal goals
- Activities for the afternoon include a power walk around Arthur's Seat and a flexibility and relaxation class before dinner
Saturday
- Morning activities include a power walk, fitness class and a dietary and nutrition class
- After lunch there is time to discuss your 1 to 1 dietary plan and then a exercise class and swimming pool session before dinner
- In the evening, the time is yours to either relax or enjoy the sights of Edinburgh - ask for more information on tours which may be available
Sunday
- Morning activities include a power walk, Spinning class and a weight management education programme, followed by some relaxation time and a well deserved body massage
- After lunch, enjoy a game of rounders and after dinner, take part in the "Death Run"!!
Monday
- Power walk and stretching class, followed by a run before lunch
- After lunch, a final weigh in and results session before departure
