From The Grill
True to our Scottish heritage, the beef we serve comes from the finest
Scottish herds, which have been naturally reared on mineral-rich
grass. The beef is then traditionally aged for a minimum of 21 days.
Our fish is always fresh and wild, sourced only from UK waters.
Our chickens are all corn fed free range and can be traced to their
point of origin.
