  Provisional Bookings

  Once you have decided on Hill Valley and have set the date, you can make a provisional booking without obligation which will be held for two weeks.

  Confirming Your Booking

  To confirm your booking we will require a _ deposit with a letter of confirmation, along with a signed agreement. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  Civil Ceremonies

  We can hold tailor-made civil ceremonies at Hill Valley for a fee of just _.00. The ceremony normally takes 20 minutes, however you may wish to personalise the service by adding readings of your choice.

  Final Details

  The wedding co-ordinator will meet with you about 3 weeks prior to the wedding to discuss your day in detail. You will then receive confirmation of all your details along with a pro-forma invoice requesting payment 2 weeks prior to the day.

  Accommodation

  Bedrooms are available for your party to book. Weekend accommodation is available on a two night Bed and Breakfast rate. Rates available on request.
