• • Check In/Out

    Check-in time at Hill Valley is 3pm and we ask that you check out of your rooms by 11am on the day of departure. We can offer late check-out on request, subject to availability (fees may apply). Please enquire about our express check-out service at Reception.

    Children are welcome throughout the hotel when accompanied by an adult. Cots and highchairs can be provided on request and special children's menus are available in the Lounge Bar. Children can swim in the pool between the hours of 9am and 6pm daily.

• • Cancellation Policy

    To avoid unnecessary cancellation fees, if you need to cancel your booking at Hill Valley please give us a minimum of 72 hours' notice. After this time, fees will apply.

    The Macdonald Hill Valley Hotel, Golf & Spa accepts dogs. A fee of £15 per night applies.

• • Security

    Your safety, security and comfort are our priority at the Macdonald Hill Valley Hotel, Golf & Spa. Security cameras operate throughout the hotel, there are safes in every guestroom and our Reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day.

    There are 180 free parking spaces available at the Macdonald Hill Valley Hotel, Golf & Spa, 8 of which are fully accessible for disabled guests and visitors.
