Smoked Ribblesdale
A modern farmhouse rennet free hard cheese from goat's milk, smoked over Oakwood shavings for 48 hours
Mrs Bells Blue Ewes
Made from ewes milk from local flocks, not unlike Roquefort in texture, soft and creamy and less salty
Swaledale Cows
A traditional recipe of full fat cows milk creamy in colour with a light open texture, this has a natural blue/grey rind
Ribblesdale Goats
Texture of young Gouda with a taste that suggests chicory and almonds with a trace of herbs
