Useful Information About Our Hotel
Check-in time at Frimley Hall is 2pm and we ask that you check out of your rooms by 11am on the day of departure. We can offer late check-out on request, subject to availability (fees may apply).
Kids will love receiving their own check-in card, activity pack and bubble bath as part of our It's Kids promotion, and under 12s stay and eat a delicious breakfast for free on promotional family breaks at all Macdonald Hotels when sharing a room with a parent or guardian.
Children are welcome throughout the Frimley Hall Hotel & Spa when accompanied by an adult. Cots and highchairs can be provided on request and special children's menus are available. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult in the pool and are not permitted to use the steam rooms, sauna or gym. Children's swimming times are 2-6pm Monday to Friday and 10-12 and 3-6pm at weekends.

Regrettably, pets are not allowed at the Macdonald Frimley Hall Hotel & Spa. Guide dogs are welcome to stay free of charge.

The Frimley Hall Hotel & Spa offers accessible ground-floor rooms and 4 accessible parking spaces. Accessible Rooms feature lowered baths with handrails, sliding bathroom doors, lowered washbasins and pull cord alarms. Guide dogs are welcome.
