Our magnificent Garden Suite can comfortably seat up to 120 wedding guests and 150 for an evening reception. The beautiful Lomond Suite also boasts views over the loch and can accommodate 50 guests for dinner. But for breathtaking simplicity opt to hold your wedding on our Garden Restaurant patio where you will be guaranteed panoramic views.

Our dedicated wedding co-ordinator can help with all aspects of wedding planning, from menu and wine selections to entertainment.   • Forest Hills Hotel - Weddings

    F A Q's

    Ceremony:
    We normally hold wedding ceremonies in the Garden Restaurant, which can hold up to 120 people or outside on the terrace, weather permitting. The cost for this is £200.00. You will need to organise the registrar or minister personally as legal issues are involved.

    Reception Drinks:
    We like to use our Front Lounge as this allows full access to the outdoor terrace and landscaped gardens - a fabulous location for your photographs to be taken. The lounge will be reserved before and after the time of your ceremony.

    Wedding Meal & Evening Reception:
    The Garden Suite is our largest function room with a dance floor. It will comfortably seat up to 120 people for the wedding meal and up to 150 people for the evening reception. We can also cater for smaller numbers (up to 45 people) in our beautifully appointed Lomond Suite, which has stunning views over Loch Ard. There is no additional charge for the hire of either room on larger groups, for smaller groups there may be an additional charge. The cost for the wedding meal will be dependent on your chosen menu. If you require a choice of dishes in your menu selection a charge may apply. The costing for drinks is based on the drinks package that you decide upon.

    Corkage & Outside Catering:
    We do not allow corkage.
    Unfortunately we do not allow you to provide your own food items. This is a Food Hygiene regulation.

    What do we / you provide:
    If required, we can provide menus, place cards, a toastmaster, tea lights, cake knife & a cake stand.

    We ask that you organise your own entertainment, piper, photographer, flowers, cake & centre pieces. We do have many contact numbers. Please let us know your requirements so we are able to provide you with additional resources.

    Minimum Numbers:
    During peak times throughout the year for a Wedding on a Saturday, minimum numbers may apply.

    Accommodation:
    On the night of your wedding we welcome you to stay in our Bridal Suite on a complimentary basis. This will include your breakfast the next morning. We will also offer you an allocation of bedrooms at a discounted B&B rate. All other rooms will be sold at our advertised rate.

    Provisional Booking:
    We can hold a specific date for you for up to 14 days. Should someone else request this date within this time, we will contact you for a decision. If you wish to extend this provisional booking for more decision time, just let us know.

    Deposit:
    In order to confirm your booking we require a £500 non-refundable deposit. Once this is received, we will prepare a contract and a running schedule for you. A menu tasting is offered at this time.
