Swimming Pool
The azure waters of the Macdonald Forest Hills Hotel pool will undoubtedly lure you in for a swim during your stay. Whether you are training for a triathlon, keeping fit or just want to relax, we invite you to just dive in. Our 18-metre heated pool allows plenty of room for serious swimmers as well as water babies. Relax poolside on our breathable loungers or splash around with the kids. Children's Splashdown activities are available as part of our Kids Activity Club.Opening hours

Child Policy
Under 16s are welcome to use the pool when accompanied by an adult. The rookie lifeguard programme is available for children aged 8-12 who can swim 25 metres competently. Children are not permitted in the gym, sauna or steam roomActivities

Cancellation Policy
To avoid a cancellation charge we require 24 hours' notice when cancelling any treatments and 48 hours' notice for Spa Days. Credit card details will be needed when making a booking to secure your appointment.- We do advise you to pre-book any treatments/day packages to avoid disappointment. Golf near Macdonald Forest Hills Hotel
There are plenty of opportunities to play golf during your stay at the Forest Hills Hotel. For serious golfers, we recommend the Aberfoyle Golf Club, just four miles away and within easy driving distance. With stunning views of Ben Lomond and Stirling Castle the course combines spectacle with sporting challenges.
Sitting at the foot of the Menteith Hills, on the southern border of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, Aberfoyle is one of Scotland's most scenic and interesting golf courses. The views from the course are breathtaking. From Ben Lomond in the west, down the upper valley of the River Forth to the bulwark of Stirling Castle, the scenery is magnificent. The course itself may be quite short, but requires a wide variety of imagination and shot making. It is ideal for both high and low handicap players and is an ideal country location for group outings. The recently refurbished clubhouse offers a friendly and informal welcome to all. Aberfoyle Golf Club is just four miles from the Forest Hills Hotel, 25 miles from Glasgow and 15 from Stirling.
