Following a two million pound re-development, our brand new Vital Health & Wellbeing Club at Forest Hills will be open from the 25th of July 2008. We have dedicated spa and fitness professionals in a variety of different disciplines to assist with your individual health and well-being needs.

Create some calm..... take some "you" time out of your day and let us keep the kids entertained. We have a carefully selected activity programme for children from 5-12yrs.

With more activities than ever before our summer programme is jam-packed with fun and includes nature trails, clay modelling, rookie lifeguard training, Playstation challenges, treasure hunts, candle making, sports & games and our ever-popular splashdown time in the brand new pool.
