The Liberal Democrats chose the newly redeveloped Macdonald Aviemore Highland Resort because of its reputation for top quality service and its complete meetings package.
The hotel was seen as the ideal location for the annual conference due to its location in the heart of the stunning Cairngorms National Park. The 800 strong delegates attending the conference were provided with luxurious accommodation in executive bedrooms and provided with all the latest technology required for a large conference.
