I just wanted to say thank you very much to you and the team at the hotel for the help and excellent service you provided us during our stay. Our meeting was executed flawlessly and the staff couldn’t do enough to help us which did not go unnoticed by our FD who was extremely impressed with the service your provided. You made my job very easy which is always a great help as I have a never ending list of things to do when Im at a meeting like this and knowing that the little things were taken care of was great. Please pass on my thanks to all and also Chris – the young chap who helped me take all of our equipment etc back to my car and load it for me! Very much appreciated!

Jim and I wanted to say thank you to everyone involved in making our silver wedding anniversary party such a fantastic event. It was truly magical and a wonderful experience and we would like to pass on our thanks to all concerned, particularly Craig and the rest of the catering team as all our guests were full of praise for their hard work in creating a wonderful buffet and with the excellent service they provided on the night. Christie and the reception staff were fantastic and ensured that all our guests were put at their ease when they arrived, and provided assistance to them and us when required. Finally thank you to the both of you for providing us with a party which went beyond our expectations and has given us some fantastic memories, Once I have had the pictures developed I will send some across so that you can see what a great time everyone had. Our suite was lovely and the finishing touches were very much appreciated. You are all an asset to the company and deliver an exceptional standard of customer service which you all should be extremely proud of.

First of all my apologies for the length of time taken to send this email to you. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to you and all the staff at the Macdonald Manchester Hotel where we held our 2 day event on 20th & 21st May this year. In particular I would like to pass on my thanks to you, Craig and Daniel as the 3 of you went out of your way to accommodate all my requirements, some at extremely short notice. This was always done with a smile and without causing me any anxiety and all 3 of you went that extra mile to ensure that my event was a huge success. I would also like to mention, and have my thanks passed onto, Chris (Concierge) and Claire (restaurant) who were extremely helpful in many ways and ensured the smooth running of meals and any ad-hoc items I required. You can be very proud of the staff at the hotel and I would happily recommend the Macdonald Manchester (my first visit/stay) and I would hope to avail myself of your facilities again for any future events or indeed private/personal basis.
