Dear Jacqui
Following what has been hailed by a client as one of the best weekends ever, I just wanted to drop you a note to thanks your team for making this event so successful.
We really had to go some to beat what we did last year and the pressure was on, but what was extremely apparent this year over the other years, was the first class service and quality of food provided by your hotel. A great team effort all round and I would like to make particular referance to Melissa for being extremely accommodating to our needs and her efficiency. To Danielle in Reservations for manipulating the rooming list to fit us all in and your Operations Team of Jean Marc, James and Zoltan. My only complaint is with James, who was far too efficient with the food service on Saturday night and threw my schedule out as we were running ahead of time!! I also have to mention Paul, who I don't think has ever been involved in a room drop quite like ours on Friday but did it with a great sence of humor!
It really was a great weekend Jacqui and I very much hope to be able to return to the Berystede in the very near future with both Gallaher Ltd and our other clients. Please do pass on my personal thanks to all your team involved.
