Thank you so much for all you & the rest of the staff at Portal did for us on our wedding day (and all of the lead up). We had a truly amazing day and are so pleased we chose Portal as our venue. We would definitely recommend it to anyone else. We have tried phoning to thank you personally but seem to keep missing you. Dear Tracey,
I am writing to thank you and everyone else at portal for making our Charter Ball such a resounding success. From start to finish everything went as smooth as clock work, from our initial discussions regarding menu options and prices, through to the room preparation and to overseeing the event itself.
You and your colleagues organised the event with quiet confidence, Steven ensured the tables were set up to an exceptionally high standard and took control of the table decorations, the food was excellent and the quality of the service, organised by James, was faultless.
The event was a 'first' for the Rotary Club and I don't mind admitting that I had a few concerns but these were totally dispelled by the sheer professionalism displayed by you, Charlotte, Steven and James and, of course, the waiting staff and the chefs.
Again, many, many thanks. I would have no hesitation in organising another event at macdonald portal and no hesitation in recommending your venue to other organizations.
