Dean is particularly pleased to be offering a selection of champagne, wine and dessert wine by the glass for those guests who would prefer to match each delightful course with a suitable wine as guided by the Sommelier.

Chef Patron, Dean Timpson, and his partner, Guest Relations Manager, Melanie Ing, have created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in which to enjoy classic British food with a modern European twist in a new, stylish and sophisticated restaurant over looking Marlow Weir.

Dean interprets the finest, freshest local ingredients with a creative panache and is confident that he can achieve more than the three AA rosettes he has already been awarded.
