ANNUAL HOLIDAY

The restaurant will close from Sunday 10th August 2008 re-opening for lunch on Tuesday 26th August 2008.
The restaurant will close for the January Annual Holiday, after lunch on Thursday 1st January 2009 re-opening for lunch on Tuesday 20th January 2009.

CHRISTMAS

The restaurant will be close for dinner on Thursday 25th December 2008 and after lunch on Friday 26th December 2008 re-opening for lunch and dinner on Wednesday 31st December 2008 and lunch on Thursday 1st January 2009.

'Dean Timpson at the Compleat Angler', an intimate fine dining restaurant was launched in April 2007 as a joint venture between Dean Timpson and Macdonald Hotels, owners of the Compleat Angler.

Chef Patron, Dean Timpson, and his partner, Guest Relations Manager, Melanie Ing, have created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in which to enjoy classic British food with a modern European twist in a new, stylish and sophisticated restaurant over looking Marlow Weir.

Dean interprets the finest, freshest local ingredients with a creative panache and is confident that he can achieve more than the three AA rosettes he has already been awarded.
