'Dean Timpson at the Compleat Angler' offers a variety of menus for both hotel guests and non-residents. Dean Timpson's signature "Tasting Menu" and "Vegetarian Tasting Menu" offers seven original courses which can be paired with wines by the glass. This is complemented by an extensive à la carte menu available for lunch and dinner. At lunch time the market menu offers a choice of three dishes over three courses. The common thread binding each menu is utilising the finest local, seasonal and fresh ingredients to create dishes where the natural flavours and textures shine out with balance and intensity.
